You encountered Head Dwayne @ 11:25 outside the bathroom. You can also wait to blow the gas tanks until you get outside to preserve health. If you planted a mine on any of the four tanks and not detonated it yet, you get an extra voice line to remind you about it. There's also some hidden chocolate that regains 25% health.
Axdoomer is a RU-vidr who does Goldeneye & Doom stuff. Just FYI, blink-&-you'll-miss-it, but there's a "Objective C: Complete" pop-up at 14:26 as you opened the elevator- either the gas killed him or the game glitched when you triggered the cutscene? Dunno. Gotta say I'm surprised/disappointed that I haven't seen any RU-vidrs eliminate the mole- helpful or not, he's still a Dwayne.
Perhaps somebody else with some creativity can come up with more Dwayne mods for different holidays, but I'm going to stay with just doing the Xmas mods as nobody else is doing them.
