Unfortunately, this channel has been demonetized by RU-vid for the third time and therefore the Game Movie Vault has been closed. It was fun for over 10 years but I can no longer afford to spend the time to make these videos without being reimbursed by RU-vid. I have started a second channel that focuses on Diablo 4 and I am thinking of starting another separate Game Lore channel very soon.

Aside from the fact that they were trying to ride the name Goldeneye to success, I actually really liked this game and enjoyed all the conventions broken in this game, like taking hostages as meat shields and killing characters. I particularly enjoy that the literal first thing you do in this game is to kill 007 xD

Imagine the sequels we never got. GoldenEye eliminating Scaramanga and Blofeld, taking control of SPECTRE, becoming the world's most dangerous criminal, killing 007 in the final boss fight of the series, and shooting M in the last cutscene which ends with you ruling the world from the shadows.

I noticed that too. Maybe they couldn't get the image rights to have a Pierce Brosnan or Sean Connery in there in time, so a generic bond was created with a voice that remind them.

@@eduardogouveiaalves6559Honestly when I was a kind playing AUF, I always assumed it was based on Brosnan's likeness and figure the discrepancy was largely due to poor graphics at the time.
