Mike Myers was at his absolute peak at this point. It was astonish how quickly his stardom left him him after his his next two live action starring roles, Cat in the Hat and one of the most racially offensive and unfunny films of the 21st century, The Love Guru. Afterward, his ony major starring role was Shrek.

But not as big as mini me...thank you very much!

It's the only thing that left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't mind celebrity cameos but this was like he was trying to set a record or something.

@@vapoet yeah i think his ego kind of did him in after all the success plus after this movie is when the internet really started to change humor and references and the older comedy did not work as well.
