I mean trying to explain anything is like that, even the more grounded stuff: "So this talented but mis- and under-used guy quit WWE, and went off to wrestle in more local companies and in Japan. He became the leader of a group of guys who love gun imagery. But then he left, and started a new company with the guy that runs the Fulham football team in the UK. Meanwhile, in WWE, another mis-used guy but this time over-used started behaving like a mob boss that gaslit his own family..."
My 3 favorites are the Crocodile Hunter one, and the Undercover Brother one, and the one where he dresses as Santa and gives Christian new and improved ass cream and goes "Now with 35% more aaasssss."
@@MythMuzikespecially now truth is cemented as the greatest. Hot tags and climbing ladders at the rumble were great, but the whole confusing dx and diy is the icing on the cake for his antics
He took the Goldust gimmick and ran with it. It takes a special talent to pull that off and have long term career success with that kind of gimmick. Not to mention his ring work is all time top tier.
I always thought he was a silly gimmick guy until much later. Now I recognise how talented he is and just love that off that off the ropes power slam he does.
The Crocodile Hunter one was great, but my all time favorite Goldust skits were the Booker T and Goldust At The Movies and Booker T and Goldust 7-11. The backstage segments with The Rock and Goldberg were classics too lol
Goldust was a fitting name cause they guy is 24kt gold! An epic entertainer who had the balls to take on a character that pushed all the boundaries and with it he created countless masterpieces. He’s an incredibly talented wrestler and is funny as hell. It’s wild to think he’s wrestled in 5 different decades and the guy can still go. What a talent. Thanks for all the great, although sometimes pretty screwed up memories….he sure as hell entertained countless people over the years
nWo in WWE went to shit SIMPLY BECAUSE "THEY" weren't allowed to do they STORYLINE It started as a VKM mental breakdown over Ric Flair taking too much WWF "in control" So VKM administered suicide via nWo THEN ARGUED; WHY PUT nWo OVER WHEN "THEY" DAMN NEAR KILLED OFF WWF. You own ALL THE TOYS VKM; NOW PLEASE SHOW THE UNIVERSE HOW TO PROPERLY ACCENTUATE TALENT AND STORY
Dustin took what should have been a joke character and made it into something. Who knows how far he could have gone if Vince wouldn't have had him playing Goldust. Unfortunately Vince had a habit of likely ruining careers, could name off the Dolph Ziggler character as well. 2 guys extremely talented that could have gone so much further in their prime years.
I LOVE THIS DUDE. I NEVER THOUGHT HE WAS gay for real or anything, but quite the opposite! I Actually liked the whole Enigmatic GOLDUST Mysterious DARK HOLLYWOOD Heel style... Cheat to win GOLDUST... Fuckin' bad ass! I just didn't like the shattered dreams atrack because fuck getting kicked in the fkn balls, yo! That shit sucks sooo bad.
This was the angle Gold Dust was supposed to be. he was an ACTOR who'd act as characters or things to manipulate or win his way through fights in WWF. But they kept giving him a homophobic shtick and wouldn't drop it. We only see this part, when the character was kind of dried out.
Lol 😂 funny I love it gold dust dresses like Steve Irwin big fan of him cool Iam a fan of Steve to love him as well I know when I was in my 20s for Halloween I dressed up like Steve Irwin it was so cool everyone love it good stuff 👍
