I started playing couple months ago have 1400 trophy and playing tour 7.Im just out clubbed sometimes I'm @ 50% win % like most players.I do watch videos of Tommy and Zach , just subbed to you too, I advise everyone to watch these guys it will really help .Why did they unlock tour 8 so fast when I just started 7 ? The Albatros on tour 8 was sweet. Made me laugh, I'm like this dude accidentally opens 8 then holes the shot out , legend status my friend.
Roy Hobbs a reason people hop from 7 to 8 so quickly is because 8 has better chests. Higher % of Goliath and Sniper cards. It also keeps trophy level lower so u don’t get “outclubbed” i played t6 until i had a sniper 9. It was a lot of games unless u speed open chests. I also played t6 until i reached 40M coins. A lot of grinding but worth it in my opinion
@@pendletongaming I only have 3 million coins. Should I stay in tour 6 then ? At only 30k a win its gonna take me a long time to get to 40 million. Remember, most of us mere mortals 😄 aren't gonna win at 80% like you. I've only played 700 matches so far I have a long way to go. I just finished 3rd yesterday in my league got promoted to expert 1 , thing is I feel far from expert at this point i lose as much as I win.
David, I watch your rookie tourneys and came across this video from 2020 of you playing T7 teaching about rings/elevation and winds👏👏 i am wondering if you have any more Tour play streams from the last 5 months?
I just opened T7 and I can not find any recent T7 since the last hole rotations, thank you for answering…. And I hope your mom is still on the road to recovery🙏
the one thing i would say in some cases you have to use that better ball such as a titan or kingmaker since everybody these days has maxed clubs or near max even at low tours and when you're relatively new to the game you have clubs that don't compare and just wont get you across the hole distance wise, since your clubs cant even make some greens using op while the opponent uses a big dog 8 to reach the green with ease using a practice ball. So now that forces you to hit a iron for eagle where as the opponent is putting for eagle. Not quite sure how relevant these balls are on tour 7 but on lower tours especially 6 you need that distance bonus or wind resistance or you just default lose against many opponents
@@pendletongaming Thanks David, as I find tour 6 to hard.. I played about 10 games on t7 blinded not knowing the correct way to play and I still managed to win 5.. But I want to be able to win at least 7 out of 10 games like I do on tour 5.. I found tour 7 fairways much easier then the fairways on t6. One thing I'm confident about is that tour 7 like all the tours always play virtually the same course holes and playoff holes so if I can study all the holes especially the playoff holes I know i'll play more confidently.. I want to use power one to two balls also as I don't spend money on the game anymore. I play tour 5 with the ordinary ball and have a 66% win rate which is pretty ok.. I think with a little help on t7 I can pretty much master it.
@@pendletongaming Hey Dave, do you have any tips on how to hit perfect consistently? The one area where I can be weak especially when I'm not on it is hitting that perfect using overpower.. And I want to ask you about the Sniper because I'm finding it hard to get used to it.. The rings are thinner and to make all those adjustments see's me run out of time on quite a few occasions. I can't understand it, because when I'm certain of a hole knowing the spins and correct club I'm pretty ok but when it comes to the sniper I'm intimidated by it for some reason. And a lot of the time when I rotate I find it hard to move the target onto the crosshair line for accuracy.. It's espeically hard when you have a very small ring amount such as 1.5 rings or 11.5 rings. I seem to run out of rings when it comes to high winds for the sniper.. I hope I'm clear in my explanation as I am struggling at the moment with the sniper and it's very frustrating. Several time when I try to move the target to it's position it doesn't move or seems like it's in a stuck state.. The clock ticks and I start to panic.. I'm just wondering did you experience these types of episodes when you started with the sniper or were you just a natural from the off?
Hey David this is an awesome video I needed something like this because I hate having to use my higher balls just to try to keep up with others but it makes a lot of sense whenever you explain it that way these are the type of videos I'm looking for so I definitely request that you make some more videos when you can

Appreciate the strategy sessions, the paths are really well explained and easy to follow. That being said it is a little different trying to use P1 balls with low level EM and Sniper, bit of a disclaimer that you can use lesser balls when you have an EM8 and max Sniper. Though you'd still whoop me using same clubs with a common ball and me with a berserker.
PhRe yes however i started this channel in nov but had been playing t7 with lower clubs. By time i made a RU-vid my clubs were good. I treat the game with a ton of patience and grinded thousands of games in a row on t6. I wouldn’t let myself go to T8 till i had sniper maxed lol

My problem on T7 and 78 is when i have a extra mile 8 with a marlin and they have an apoc 5 or extra 9 with a power 5 ball. Then i have to use a kingmaker just to keep up
Stay tuned on T8 and i promise EM7 is plenty to handle T8 regardless of opponent ball. I’m Working on a massive project. Also goal is to win 6 or 7 out of 10. I’ll be covering a lot within the next few weeks
Hello David, I’m a new subscriber to your channel love your content. I was wondering if you could go over making wind adjustment using the take shot button? Example using Sniper adjusting for 11mi wind. Also, I’m playing with a iPad Air using golf caddy. When I go into golf caddy to get my wind adjustments my screen freezes or locks causing me to lose time, that I could use toward hitting a perfect shot. I also use a Galaxy Tab A and it does the same. I heard you mention you use a iPad also but I don’t see your screen freezing when you go between golf clash and golf clash notebook. What gives? Thanks

Some players aren't so good at hitting perfect, especially when going into OP so that's another reason they might use a KM, for example. Makes perfect sense to me, to use a ball with a more stable needle speed. The player using the Burns ball at the half hour mark only lost because he didn't hit perfect, let's be honest. Plus, I don't feel it is always necessary to swing the camera angle to 'pull rings.' Many of these players have probably hit these shots loads of times so they don't need to. Plus it takes up more time; time which disappears even quicker if the opponent, for example was having connection/lag issues.
Nice presentation. About balls, I have lower-level clubs, EM5 example, and sometimes, I need some better balls for few more yards, or come back to the tour 5
If you are will to spend a few bucks and buy a small ball pack like the $5 one or anything that includes 500 gems. You can go play your 2 a bunch and speed open chests. You’ll get a ton of EM cards

Damn, you're good! I found myself using the better balls due to being promoted to expert level 2 with only EM 5 and low level clubs. People breaking out the Apoc 5 and EM 8/9 on me I really had no choice.
@@pendletongaming lol okay, i als becaus all my Opponent hit it perfect and i just shocked all the time because when i try (over 2000 games) i hit only good and than it lands in the Bunker or rough
T6 is one of the best tours to grind in the game. U get sniper, thorn and Goliath cards. I spent a few thousand games in a row smashing through t6 and speed open chests using gems. I’m a patient player though. I knew long term that’s the best way to attack the game.
Do you recommend waiting until you get sniper 9, extra mile 8, etc. because it seems like on your 6 I need to spend on katana and titan balls to compete with the players in my tier group(3star) .
@@MK-mp1ku i would never use a Katana or p3 ball till t9. I was at an em6 sniper 8 when i went to t8 and maintaining an 80% winning % As far as the 3 star that’s tournaments and that’s when i use good balls like katana and up. The algorithms for tournaments and 1x1 play are completely different. In no way should i be in t6 or t7 and have to use katana or better to compete.
In addition u don’t need to win 100% of games what u need to do is stay in a tour until your so familiar with all shootouts you dominate. If an opponent pulls out a money ball don’t pull out a KM to try to “hang” use a nav and you’ll see your skill quickly improve. U can watch me play t10 with a quasar only and kill people using clubs way better than mine and they use money balls. I’m able compete on even the long par 5s in t10 with a p1 ball. It’s all about sticking to your game and hitting perfect
