It's a pity your specifications didn't include Golf II updates that the early production models were converted, and new build Golf II such as RB 21 missiles that could be launched completely submerged and had more range. But I think your model is very cool and showed a lot of dedication to detail, well done.
Was the hull a scratch build? Or did you get it from somewhere?? I've been trying to find a good quality Golf Class hull for ages! Brilliant work, she looks absolutely brilliant.
A correction. The Golf class never carried the RF-11FM missile, That was only in the Zulu class. The Golf I carried the R-13 with the D2 surface launch system, the upgraded Golf II carried the R-21 with the D4 launch system, which could be launched submerged
