Recently, we received an emergency call from a golf course about an irrigation situation - the pump was not doing its job and the intake was clogged with debris. In this circumstance, and in others we have seen, golf courses are faced with frequent pump replacements, elevated electricity consumption related to their pump station, clogged intake screens or debris clogging sprinkler heads.
Our specialty equipment and methods can correct these types of problems (without breaking the bank). Natural processes allow mud, silt, and debris to enter the intake screen, which is located in the bottom of the lake or pond. Ultimately, the waste works its way to the pump’s impellers then the entire irrigation setup, which causes unnecessary clogs.

We are a leading, nationwide commercial diving and dredging company that has worked hand-in-hand with golf courses for over 18 years. We offer our new customers a reduced rate for an inspection of your pump station, wet-well, intake line, and intake screen. Upon inspection you will receive a detailed report on what issues are found.
For wet wells, the report includes: condition and type, depth of sediment and/or debris contained within the wet-well, size of the well, water depth and other related measurements, description of the corrosion and/or build-up on the wet-well interior walls, and the condition of the screens on the end of the pumps.
For the Intake Screen, we will: Measure and report the amount of sediment around the screen; verify the size, type, shape and condition of the screen and line; Quantify the depth of water to the top of the intake screen and depth of water under the intake screen (if any); and finally we will brush off the exposed portion of the intake screen.
