The basic size is 2 x8 shhets of 1/2" plywood. The center hole is a 36" radius, the top corners 18" radius. I used a circle-cutting jig and plunge cut router to cut them. I made the brackets out of 1/8" aluminum, cutting a 1/8" notch at 1/2" intervals. This worked out to be about 1degree of change in swing plane for each notch. The bracket os attached to the board with a 90" aluminum angle and locking nut/ bolt. Hope that helps, Tom
That's 2, 4x8 sheets of plywood. Note that the standards for the legs are offset so that it will fold flat. The hinges are mounted to 3/4" hardwood, which is screwed and countersunk through the face of the board..
Hello, the radius is is 36", circumference 72". If I had it to do over I'd radius it at 39". the 1/2", 9-ply birch ply-wood is plenty rigid enough for the perimeter edges and it would give just a little more clearance on the swing.

I do not believe in anonymous comments and wanted to give a honest response to why I expressed a dislike of this video. I'd like commend you on a good try at implementing this but there is a mistake. This device assumes one plane for the back and forward swings, which is fundamentally false. This is evident by the fact that both golfers videoed leave the board during their forward swings. This board doesn't allow for the route the club makes on to the finish .i.e. depth.
