Do I have to repeat the entire thing from the beginning for each rep or can I just curl my wrist back in again?

Depends. By the book, you let go and repeat it each time. Some people respond better to more constant tension so slowly letting it unwind and then slowly bringing it back. Try both ways, and see what works for you. The goal is some muscle burn, and usually a decrease (or at least not worsening) of symptoms.

Great video and explanation. Ive got golfers elbow in both elbows. In that case is it ok to do the first two exercises?

Yes, let pain be your guide. Some is ok, too much is not ok. Also look at other exercises you are doing (or activities) that are flaring the elbows and look at technique or amount that you do.

Test it. Go back to the exercises you want to perform. Start with lighter weights slower reps. Some discomfort is fine, just stay away from intensity/exercises that cause too much pain, or worsening pain as you go.

The red flexbar works well for most people
