Footage riding the new steep MTB trail at Innerleithen Golfie next to Avalanche. It was mad steep with endo corners! If you enjoy the harder trails at Golfie then this is definitely an enduro trail to ride! If you aren't familiar with the location, Innerleithen is a MTB hotspot located in the Tweed Valley in Scotland.
There has been a lot of great work at Golfie with many new trails put in the last year or two. This one has appeared recently and after pedalling past it on the climb many times I thought I'd head out and get a vlog on it. On a bed of loose rock with a steep gradient, it's one tricky track! A step up on Avalanche just next to it. The vlog is a combination of Go Pro POV with some 3rd person footage in places.
After doing a fair bit of bike park riding in Wales and riding other spots around the UK, it's been nice being back spending the last few weeks riding the natural trails at home in the Tweed Valley. MTB in Scotland is pretty awesome and plenty of great trail riding to be found all over the country!
