It may not be the same Christmas we used to have but this lechon belly will surely bring joy to our family. I hope and pray that me, my husband and our son will be together this Christmas. Hi Richard, your like me I make my own salad dressing my kids never tasted a store bought anyway I made my Cesar salad dressing in a food processor and it is always comes out really creamy the way my family love it. When you visit US next time specially NYC , try to go to Fairway Market , you will enjoy the variety of very good Evoo ( extra virgin olive oil ) you can taste everyone they have with a dipping bread before you buy it . One of my favorite grocery . I’m from CT .

You were one of the teen actors whom my highschool classmates would swoon to, but I digress.
