Fucking FINALLY somebody does a high quality upload of the Eleanor engine start up! Nothing beats the sound of that engine / exhaust during start up. I was going to rip and upload this from the DVD myself but the free VLC software I was using didn't work properly, couldn't get any audio with the video which defeated the purpose.
@@OVI-Wan-Kenobi-8 bandicut. It is very easy to use, but i dont like that you can not remove last 5sec where the software is making little outro with logo .

This is the best scene in the entire movie, the only other good scene is the flood control getaway scene with the helicopter. What amazes me is that this movie is 20 years old and nobody has uploaded this part until only now. It's nice and convenient to watch it on youtube but I still prefer to watch it on the home theatre system and hear the subwoofer shake the room with that engine exhaust!
yes indeed. this scene mesmerized me , so i had to upload it. quality was even greater in the blueray i had, but youtube for some reason changed the image quality. I also have large subwoofer, so i love loud scenes!
@@divanosoba9658 I was thinking about getting the Blu-ray at one time, but for movies made 2000 and afterwards I don't really notice much difference in video and sound quality. Where I really notice the difference is in 70s and 80's movies lol
Cage & the car together make the scene one of the greatest ever...the king comes for his beauty which has eluded him for a life time. None but only him could have made this scene so special.
the irony is how quickly/nonchalantly Memphis picks the lock and is able to boost Eleanor with ease (in the old-school way lol)... before the start of an epic car chase
I saw this movie and loved it Nicholas cage is always great I couldn't help but Wonder afterwards what would be the charges against Memphis and his gang in the real world the law would never let him Escape or getaway
Great scene, great car exept for the front end of the car with that 90s bubble plastic bumper that does not match the car, the bumper has a hole in it to fit extra head lights!! 🤦♂️ The camel hump hood dont match the car either. The fog lights look cheap and nasty like its an after market kit. The side exhuast body kit also looks very plastic and cheap! The whole body kit looks like it was made in someones back yard from the 90s era ripping off parts from a Hyundai body kit and slapping it on this classic car. Dont mind some mods on a classic but atleast do it in a way that compliments the car. The Eleanor kit is the most over rated kit out there
