Patient recently sprained his knee with improperly landing his foot on the soccer ball while playing. He has trouble walking and limping on that knee.
Thorough Structural Test reveals abnormal 5th Lumbar Vertebra which was impacting nerve function to the right knee and an AIN Femur. This is an excellent teaching case, due to the extra weight, patient has increased Q angle. Quick look at the xray has an appearance of a PEX femur yet closer observation reveals it's an AIN Femur.

What can you do for stiff and tight thighs? 4 years I been having problems with inner thigh tightness that if I over stretch or sit on my leg I get major inner thigh spasms. Seen neurologist, orthopedics, rheumatology and even had muscle biopsy and they found nothing. Just my sedemation rate was a bit high meaning inflammation.
