Hey everyone! Welcome back to our channel. In today's video, we have an exciting topic for all the ladies out there who want to reduce face fat and achieve a more sculpted look. We will be sharing five effective exercises that can help you achieve those desired results. So let's get started!
Segment 1: Warm-Up
Host: Before we dive into the exercises, it's crucial to warm up your facial muscles. Begin by gently massaging your face with your fingertips in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes. This helps to improve blood circulation and prepare your muscles for the exercises.
Segment 2: Jaw Release
Host: The first exercise is called the "Jaw Release." This exercise targets the muscles in your jawline and helps to tone them. Let's do it together. Start by sitting or standing upright. Relax your shoulders and keep your spine straight. Now, slowly tilt your head back as far as comfortable while looking towards the ceiling. Then, move your lower lip over your upper lip as much as possible and hold this position for 5 seconds. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Segment 3: Cheek Puff
Host: Next up, we have the "Cheek Puff" exercise. This exercise works on the muscles in your cheeks and helps to reduce fat in that area. Here's how you do it. Take a deep breath, and hold the air in your mouth. Move the air from one cheek to the other, as if you're swishing it around. Do this for about 30 seconds, and then exhale. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Segment 4: Fish Face
Host: Our third exercise is called the "Fish Face." It primarily targets the muscles in your cheeks and helps to define your cheekbones. Follow along with me. Suck in your cheeks and lips to form a fish face. Hold this position for 5 seconds, and then relax. Repeat this exercise 15 times.
