seriously we as a nation can build our infrastructures without loans... we citizens can contribute towards infrastructures...see this.. 55 million dollars is about 600 million cedis... Ghana has about 15 million working adults.. if each pays 5cedis tax a month that is 75million cedis each month.. multiply by 12 months that's over on e billion cedis in a year... how much is this project? 600 million cedis... well.. the only problem we have is accountability... and embezellment... and no love from our leaders...

I am sorry but heads must roll. This is just like the recent explosion in Shama, we have been there before but there is no improvement. They have made an absolute mess with this construction. I was horrified when i saw what a mess they had made a few years ago when this started When you start a project you look at costs and risks, you make sure the funding is there with a surplus for anything unexpected. To stop mid project is unacceptable furthermore it is not as if there are thousands of such projects springing up all over the country. This is just one tiny project. Just round the corner from agip roundabout are some of the most productive offshore oilfields, where are all the revenues from it ? If this is not incompetence, it is poor planing if not poor planning malfeasance if not malfeasance it is all of the above . Ghanaians need to stop accepting mediocre weak greedy, selfish and damn right useless leaders everyone them needs to be gotten ridden off Ghana with its massive wealth and they cant even construct this minor structure Cecilia daapah could fund this with 25% of what she has in just one room of her many houses (your money) It makes me so angry
