You just bought the propeganda hook line and sink of the established corporate media entertainment groups. They will stoop to the lowest levels to paint a picture that they want you to see.
It's no wonder that a so called 1% of society holds the majority of the wealth. Looking at the views this and other informative videos have, compared to the million views prank videos have.
There is so much more to Charles Koch then the media shows. No one focuses on his story, on the things which motivate this man and makes him who he is. Koch Industries is a perfect example of a private institution utilizing human capacity and ambition to foster a culture of innovation and productivity. Sadly no one tells that story.

Much easier, from their point of view, to presume him to be insincere and then ascribe all kinds of ulterior things and motivations that they feel he must "actually" feel since that is more in inline with what they envision for people like him.
All I ever knew about "KOCH BROTHERS" from reddit and other similar sources was that these brothers are evil and those elite manipulators.. And after watching this two part video I am blown away that how intelligent and humble this old man is and he has an amazing story from which as an entrepreneur I can learn and benefit. This interview made me reflect deeply into my understanding of the world and the sources of Information I consume in that process.. Great video as always by @hooverinstitution.
Every media entertainment source and activist source have their own axe to grind. The Koch Brothers are conservatives that back their own causes yet those on the other side will act as if they are out there taking over the world. It is funny that the left for example will hold up Warren Buffett as some amazing business man yet the Koch's who have done something similar are vilified. It just goes to show the hypocrisy of the modern world. We are in the age of everybody is a cynic.
Very informative interview. The way Mr. Koch speaks about equality gives me hope that the 99% still have a chance in this country. What Mr. Charles Koch is talking about is what Dr. Martin Luther King was talking about in "The Other America".
I feel as though I should apologize.. Always thought the Koch Brothers, where all about Greed... But after watching this two part interview... I blown away on how humble , and intelligent this man is...
I was completely convinced this guy was not who the media has been claiming him to be until he chose to beat around the bush when answering the question. Either he's being disingenuous, or this was a missed opportunity. It's not the government's place to give us our rights. They just need to stop taking them away from us!
He is intelligent enough to know that whatever answer he gives people will just judge him and use that answer against him. People like him at one point could have spoke their mind without fear of attack but today have to judge and carefully place their every step because they are going to step on somebody's personal little ideology.
Let us get this straight. A MIT graduate of sciences at masters level who has taken a small family business and turned it into one of the largest privately own businesses in the world does not understand Maslow but you on the other hand are going to tell people that you perfectly understand it. Can you please tell us what you understand about Maslow that he and others do not. We all await your wisdom.
