Great video, it's really helped clarify a few things. I have a tendency to hang on to a lot of things I've inherited but now I can go through and pick just key items to keep. I'm also moving into a new carer and was hanging on to things from the old one, so they can go too.
The best thing about letting go of items it that who can remember what you let go of?? The only thing I can remember letting go of was my grandmothers embrodery projects. They went to a third world country where the ladies finished the projects,sold them and made some money for themselves. i would never have finished them and or use those types of items in my clutter free home. This is a great memory for me and I felt a great way to honour my nana.
Thanks so much for your comment-- I think it's a great example of how we can be selective and choose to keep and treasure only the items most representative of the person and not "everything."
