They.... literally understand this. The whole point of the video... is the average non dancer/ballerina doesn't understand dancers have a bad side... aka a weak side. It's very clear to me! Doesn't mean her weak side isn't amazing!
I was a ballet dancer for several years off and on, therefore, I truly appreciate the ballerina's strength and good and bad sides!! It just seems ironic that a person who has such talent would even have a "bad side!"
Yeah, and then there’s days I just struggle to get out of bed 😔 What an amazing dedication to her craft. Skills like that only come from years of hard practice ❤ very inspiring
It looks like there is a block or weakness in the ‘bad side’ hip/pelvis/sacroiliac. I have 3 compressed lumbar L3-S1 and when it is a bad day, my hip locks and is weaker like what I see. (I stopped ballet at 11 when I broke my leg skiing and it remained weaker.)
Okay I’m done. We aren’t going to talk about the strength of her ankles just yet. We are going to focus on THE CORE!!! OMG AMAZING. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life!
Hello! Im a ballerina ( on pointe ) and i saw that your toe or side or your foot was kinda sticking out of the shoe? Mabye it could be to narrow, im just a bit concerned, but you have lots off talent and i love all your videos! Keep up the amazing work!!!❤🩰
Insane...perfection. Both sides. But I do understand. My right hip is tighter and less flexible, I ride horses but flexible hips are SUPER IMPORTANT...
