Honestly, Robert Pattinson scared the shit out of me in this film. I’ve said it many times before but man he looks like an actual criminal in this film. He was amazing 💯
Yeah it's nuts how he became this character and got lost in it. I can't see a trace of Robert Pattinson in this film. The subtle ways he makes it seem he's been living this life and how much it's carved his sense of being feels actually real. It's not over the top or back or white, it's just a guy doing what he thinks it's the best for him.
@@PrashantSharma-xt9uk Agreed, as the whole film should have in general. It at least deserved to be in the running for Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor, Best Original Screenplay, and Best Sound as well.
The Safdie Brothers are fucking awesome. Love everything about all of their movies. I’m definitely following their whole careers as I did with the Coens. Thank you for this upload my brother.
I see why Matt Reeves chose Robert Pattinson for the role of Batman after watching this film. Robert is soo good at speaking with his eyes! He is incredible in both movies!!!!
Immaculate ending. I remember the first time watching it on Netflix. I paused it to go to the toilet with like ten minutes to go and I was thinking "there's no way this can end satisfyingly". How fucking wrong I was! Pattinson and Benny's performances are mesmerizing and the Iggy Pop song is the cherry on top ❤
Noice Movie, underrated. It feels Something is missing, but on the other side it's very close to Reality. And that works with criminal Shows/Movies. Robert, good job. Also the other "cAuSe I DoN't GiVe A fU**" dude.
The whole movie is basically a growing snowball of trouble that comes with living a life of unecessary crime, of simply not caring, very realistic in that sense. You may feel like something is missing because there’s no real purpose to Pattinson’s character’s motives, even from the beginning there was no need to get his brother in trouble, and even now when he’s trying to get him back it’s easy to forget what he’s even doing in the first place. Pure chaos.
I love this movie so much, one of my favs, something kind on the same vein *"Nightcrawler"* it's with Jake Gyllenhaal (not sure if that's how his last name spells) I think 2014 was the year that was released, it's a great film I also love that one too.. ah and yes *"Uncut Gems"* somebody already recomended you that movie is from the same directors of this movie.
