Ray (Carl Lee) is back in town and is determined to win Willona (Ja'net DuBois) back.
From Season 4, Episode 17 'Willona's Surprise' - Willona's ex-husband returns to town to help celebrate her birthday. He says he has changed, and is ready to be with her again. She starts to accept him, but then Ray starts flirting with Thelma, proving he is still the same sleaze.

THIS EPISODE WAS AWFUL, FOR SO MANY REASONS. TO HAVE THIS CREEP GO AFTER, THELMA, WAS DISGUSTING. IF ONLY JAMES, WERE STILL ON THE SHOW. NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. AND POOR WILONA, TRUSTING THIS CREEP, AGAIN. WHAT IS THE OLD SAYING, ONCE THEY SHOW YOU, WHO THEY ARE, BELIEVE THEM. PERIOD. IT IS WHAT IT IS. PEOPLE DO NOT CHANGE WHO THEY ARE WITHIN THEIR SOUL.
