Bruins almost moved to New Hampshire in the 90’s, before TD Garden was built.

The arena was filled at the very beginning but because of how the game was going most people left thinking the Coyotes would lose at the end.

The franchise isn't leaving, only the team is

The franchise was sold. Morello only has the team name, logo, mascot, and AHL team for the next 5 years and on if he builds a new arena in time which will automatically trigger an expansion draft. If Morello doesn’t manage to get a new arena build in the next 5 years Arizona won’t have a team for a while.
