Goodbye Pork Pie Hat - Charles Mingus [Solo Bass Arrangement] 

This is my interpretation of Dave Holland's solo bass arrangement of "Goodbye Pork Pie Hat". Dave did a wonderful job of bringing this beautiful yet haunting melody over to the bass, and the way in which he incorporates double stops into the piece was really fascinating to me. Dave Holland and Charles Mingus are two of my favorite jazz bassists, so when the opportunity came to work on a transcription that involved both of them I couldn't resist!
