New head cannon- king Joel originally didn’t believe in lore, but he finally embraced it after the ocean dried and he lost queen lizzy, afterwards he began to collect tomes and stories, becoming obsessed with the prophecies that ruined his marriage and his friends- he lost his sanity and himself- when he died he met the lore gods, cussed them out, killed them and became the lore god himself. Fast forward to season two king Joel (now the lore god) chooses Joel to be his champion

Je ne saurais bien m'exprimer en anglais pour exprimer à quel point cette saison m'as plu et m'a touché, c'est avec un pincement au cœur que je vois ce dernier épisode d'une magnifique saison. Une magnifique saison qui s'achève certes mais qui j'espère ouvre les portes pour des prochaines des plus merveilleuses. Merci à toute l'équipe d'Empire SMP, vous nous avez transporté loin des soucis de notre train train quotidien, vous nous avez ému, fait rire et pleuré, je ne saurais assez vous exprimer ma gratitude, je traverse un moment difficile dans ma vie et les épisodes d'Empires et d'Hermicraft sont ceux qui me redonnent le sourire et le crossover était juste ce qui pouvais arriver de mieux. Bon courage pour la suite et j'espère bientôt une prochaine saison d'Empires. Je vous aimes tous à la prochaine.

I know you don't take yourself too seriously, but I just thought I'd add: I binge watched all of S2 when I was about to move away for college. I went about halfway across the US, and obviously I was excited, but I was really scared, and I spent the night before I moved away watching your videos. Now I'm sitting in my dorm which is not nearly as packed up as it needs to be, I finished my last essay of the semester earlier today, and while I'm excited to be back at home for the summer, I'm also excited to come back next semester. Your videos have meant so much to me throughout this entire school year.

This was a great ending to an amazing series. The crossover introduced me to Empires S2, before I had only seen Lizzys Musical and nothing more. Needless to say, I have been hooked, the Hermits may have come and gone, but Ill sure stuck around and will return for S3. Have an awesome in-between break, cant wait what shenanigans await!

It felt like it ended so abruptly this season, I guess it's better than going on too long which I felt like Season 1 did, I still love both seasons no hate at all just caught me off guard with how quick it ended I thought it had at least another month or 2 left. Anyway I loved Stratos and Lore Villages, it's one of the coolest bases ever. Can't wait to see what's coming next.

I’ve loved it but man it feels so short! Will always enjoy empires though. Awesome season, cool builds, and just classic shenanigans. Edit: now it’s finished I’m quite sad, Joel’s series is always my favourite, there’s something very grounding for me about it. He and the empires lot are so cool, I’ll miss this seasons chaos but look forward to the next :) :D. LORE!

I was so confused about the fey plot line at first thinking it had just been forgotten about or left up to our imagination but the longer i think about it I have started to believe ut will be a key part of the season 3 plot. Thanks so much for a brilliant season by the way joel. Such a fun way to end the season with the completion on lore city ❤
