In this video you will see my belly get smaller. Belly fat is so stubborn. It really is frustrating to burn it even when you are “skinny fat!” It just seems impossible. These exercises not only helped with my stubborn tummy but I was able to lose weight too. It makes sense since I can not spot reduce my stomach only. I have been tweaking my diet as well. Interesting there are some clips where I got smaller and others where I look a little swollen. I definitely love adding more Himalayan salt to my foods than I should. Add weights.🏋🏽‍♀️. That will speed up the process. The weights don't need to be heavy. I am using my phone 📱 to comment while watching on my TV 🖥. I let the ads play ▶️ on all devices. Yes, I added the computer 🖥 too.😁 Oh yeah. Happy New Year!

i've restarted my journey. it's so hard to do, but i'm motivated. i read that fasting and building up to using heavy weights reduces belly fat the best. also getting good sleep reducing your stress levels with yoga. of course getting into calorie deficit. thank you for sharing. i think you did an awesome job and look fantastic.

Hi girl, new sub here loved the video bcz it shows that weight loss does take time and consistency. We have the same body type 😊I have lost about 30 lbs after having my daughter just by dancing. I feel skinny but my body feels so soft and that lower belly just Doesn't want to go away lol. I think it’s time for me to add weight to help me build more muscle. Congrats and you look amazing.
