I bought my first pair of Goodr’s today at my local running store. I bought the “Pool Party Pre-game” aqua blue color. Initially interested in them because I loved the color, then the price was enticing, then the saleman told me they were created for running and are awesome sunglasses. Then I thought about days I wish I could use my Maui Jims to run but refused to because they are too expensive for sporting. So I purchased them and I LOVE them. Highly recommend.

Goodr glasses are fun. I love the "vibe" and all the options. They are too big for my face so I gave mine away. True it's a lot of value for the money. I didn't think the optics were anywhere near as clear as Oakley's to be honest. That's more of an issue with cycling though.

I can see that! I didn't actively a/b compare the optics specifically, but I wouldn't be surprised if the Goodrs were slightly lower quality overall. It was never anything I noticed. I definitely have lower expectations for a lot of my workout gear. I'm a big fan of 'good enough.' I know some people love running with Bose or whatever headphones, and I'm perfectly content with my cheapo Phillips. For me, the sound of my breathing, running, wind, all that, just outshines the tiny little bit of extra music quality. I suppose that's how I view these glasses too. I'm all for nice glasses in general, but for running, these struck a nice balance for me. For cycling, I'm continuing with my Oakleys, since they block a little more wind and get tighter onto my face. 👍

Problem is coating peels off and lens coating just rubs off.

Yes, that is a big and known problem. Experienced the same with two pairs of goodr, like a couple. Of my friends did. Too bad, because the fit is perfect, comfy and the looks are fantastic

Man the latest about goodr ive been reading are the bad judgement in their marketing tactics of drug use etc pissed off a lot of folks . bummer their sunglasses are awesome

@@JustinDoesTriathlon it's all on Goodr's Instagram. They mention hallucinogens and stuff they also made an apology on their website but the folks (on the intervene) arent having,it. Its insane!!
