Hand Carved Wooden Plate: I’d say the design is a Sun, rather then a Nautical “Compass Rose”, since all the rays are the same length. On a Compass Rose, the cardinal points (N, S, E, W) tend to be longer then the others (Nw, Sw, etc).

Those wooden carved plates!? The sun burst looking one to me could fit in mcm Scandinavian. I bought a carved bread plate that may go for $120.-140.00. I always google lens stuff when I’m not sure. Maybe a t-shirt saying “I sure regret leaving--fill in the blank!” Ha

So happy I have relatives who work at Goodwill and I get a coupon from them for every sale. I spent friday- sunday shopping Goodwill and found 4 Steiff Animals, Potterybarn Christmas Globe Tree Topper, Johnny Was Jeans and 3 tops. and many more treasures! Went to Lancaster, Shillington,York, Morgantown

At 4:20 a cake plate with a stainless cover comes into the shot. I REALLY WANTED YOU TO STOP! I have one that was my parents. I remember it as a child taking it to school with cakes for the bake sale. The bottom is beautiful Crystal and the top is very similar to the one in the picture. I think they got it for a wedding gift. That would have been in the 50s! I'm so curious to know what that thing is worth or some information about it I guess I'll have to do some research myself I'm just unfamiliar with how to do that. I'm new to your channels. I'll keep watching until I learn a little more!

I always keep a few individually wrapped wet wipes in my purse. If I find something that’s looks stained or dirty I give it a little wipe to see if it will come off while I’m still In the store.

I could not see the painted lamp closely enough, but if you familiarize yourself a bit with old Chinese (and Japanese) painted ceramic you will realize there is a certain "primitive" quality about them... the complete opposite of say, Italian Rennaissance painting style... It was pretty fabulous, looks like it was made as an electric lamp not a conversion but still appropriate age and quality. Apparently the shade is pretty sturdy!

7:07 Hello!! 👋😃 I'm a book reseller. It takes a love of books and knowing your niche because there are so many different types of books out there. But it is very doable. I've been flipping books since 2017 and it has been very profitable. I never scan books. I can scan the shelves ~visually~ and know immediately if there is anything of interest.

Speaking of containers to hold soap pumps…I have 3 heavy, decorative containers that I keep refilled for hand washing. At some point, EACH ONE has slipped into the sinks and CRACKED THE SINKS! I highly recommend a holder of some kind.

I am only on old age pension me and my husband and he works part time union/Flagger/old age pension. When I visit my local 'charity' shop there is a bargain box...quite a large one. Everything 50p...near enough 50cents for you. Usually it's full of bed linen and curtains but sometimes it's full of clothes. On Friday it WAS full of clothes and really nice ones. All good labels. I found 15 items for £7.50. Mostly dresses. After doing comps they total around £300 so I am a very 'happy bunny'Yeh.

I'm amazed at how neat the shelves are even on 50% off days. Our GW's are always a mess with no organization for glass, metals, or plastics. How often does this store have 50% off everything? What a fun video!
