🕵In this video, I will teach you how to solve the 12 Men on an Island mystery. This is a classic logic puzzle that has been used by Google in their interviewing process.
The puzzle goes like this:
12 men are on an island. One of them is either heavier or lighter than all the others. You have a seesaw and can weigh two people at a time. You must figure out who the odd man out is in 3 weighings.
This puzzle is a great way to test your logic and problem-solving skills. It is also a lot of fun to solve!

I've used this puzzle challenge in many interviews. This is the most complicated explanation for one of the simplest problems I've ever heard.

Just have all the men float in the water at the same time. One of them will be more or less buoyant than the others. Boom, solved.

Put 6 of them each on the scale take the heavier 6 and put 3 of them each on the scale after you get the heavier 3 put 2 of them on the scale if the weights are equal then the other one is heavier but if the weights are not eqaul then you got the heavier dude

You don't know if the odd man is heavier or lighter. So you take the 6 men that are on the heavier side and put 3 of them each on the scale and the scale is level because the odd man is lighter so you now have 6 men and one of them is lighter and you can only use the scale once more.
