More of this, please. Accessibility is so important. Many of us struggle with stairs, cramped spaces, physical boundaries that make living 'normal lives' harder than it needs to be. As this new app illustrates, technology can be freeing.
Truly amazing times we live in. As a teenger, and through my early twenties, I must have dislocated joint throughout both legs on no less than a dozen occasions. Its one thing to have to limp away from an athletic career that was never given breadth to materialize in my lifetime, but still were many times that I would find myself walking in to what should be dreams coming true rite before my very eyes, only to find myself in the middle of the road, leg bent backwards, and the longest minute per hour spend popping the appendant member back in to socket. The challenge one must then arise to meet, is simply walking away like the suffering does not exist, because I remember wearing a pair of orthodics that would girdle my loins, the walking canes vainly affected in order to maintain some semblance of undaunted poise, indignities endured in luxuriant solitudes of four star hotels on the eve of conventions that I wanted so badly to share joyfully among friends who'd never taken me up on the invitations, and being incapable of even enjoying the company of those in attendance, I got to hear them enjoying life through the walls...some pain is important for becoming the strength to walk away, to limp, to crawl, to roll with the love of life's punches. May my walk be ever unimpeded, that I may br capable of shouldering others on those occasions when we can barely stand for our selves. Thank you, Googly Bears, such service to mankind regarding quality of life adaptations, they're feeling 𝚓𝚞𝚜𝚝, 𝚛𝚒𝚝𝚎, 𝚊𝚗𝚍 𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕.
Wonderful idea Google and one that needs to be more earnestly promoted. I actually use Google Maps to recon unknown areas before I attempt to traverse then in my chair, whenever possible.
