Whether you are using Android, or iOS, make sure you use a messaging platform that is encrypted and widely used. I recomend Whatsapp or Telegram! Thanks for watching!
Came from using a Pixel 7 and S22 Ultra in the past year to an iPhone 13 because everyone I know uses an iPhone. I got a little tired of the green bubble hate and the inability to share full res images and videos without forcing people to download Google Photos. Ultimately, I regret it. IMO, Android OS makes a lot more sense and the hardware is a way better value. iMessage is the only thing keeping me on iOS at this point. I’ll probably be back to Android before the year is over. I really wish more folks would give Android a shot, in order to force Apple to comply with RCS.
Just got ours coming from Pixels and S22…I have to say it’s so lackluster in comparison and the fact you can’t text search within messages is so annoying! Even when driving you can’t have your music app open with the maps at the same time 😩 just a bunch of small annoyances
I just moved from iPhone to android, iMessage was the only thing keeping me with apple, but with all these other messaging apps, I decided that if they don't want blue bubbles then they can message me on a different app, after all videos and photos come through good for me.
“It’s legit” Yeah, said no one ever. It was just pulled from the Play Store for being a massive spyware operation. Then again, Android users love spyware, so I don’t know what the problem was 🤷
@@halkon4412 This is a big lie, it was pulled from the Play Store by Apple's request since they said it had security risk since the way the app worked was by using iMac Mini farms as servers, there is NO proof of it being Spyware, and even if it was not legit, Beeper Mini was legit since it was iMessages reverse engineered and used Apple's own servers, yet, they took it down as well, the issue is Apple relying on bullying from brainless Apple fanbois in the US to keep people in the Apple Eco system, this is not an issue ANYWHERE in the world since people use third party messaging apps that are leaps and bounds ahead of iMessages and Google Messages...
Honestly, I think Apple is less of a problem than the community of people that would spend $1,000 on one product over another because of something as simplistic as the color of the text bubble.
I recently went to my Fold 3 as my main phone from my Pixel 7 pro and I'm using my iPhone 13 pro max as my secondary phone. Only for Apple pay and to text one person. Don't ask🤣🤣 I'll probably be getting my 7 pro turned on as my 3rd line. Good video. 👊🏾😎
From my own personal experience, I’ve found that the Google Messages app delivers a better messaging experience as a whole than the iPhone messaging app.
I don't know if you heard of beeper messaging or sunbird messaging. These 2 apps implement iMessage into a Android phone. The problem is the wait-list. Once these apps are fully released I think apple will finally change how they send messages.
I like both apple and Samsung this year wanted to try samsung again. MY husband loves my s22u however what's stopping him is the whole iPad and apple syncing thing.
I've been using Beeper for a month now and it's been great in connecting my S23 Ultra to iMessage. I'm mostly in the Apple ecosystem but do enjoy the camera of the S23U when on the road or when I just want to disconnect from Apple a bit but and not lose conversations, should anyone on iOS need to reach out to me.
I use Google messages For groupchat whenever I wanna add people to a group it creates a separate group instead of adding them to the current group why is that Are messages encrypted. Is this app safe and secure to use. If not are there any other secure messaging apps to use Is there a way to reply to a specific person in a group. Like if you only wanna respond to one person
How did you do that reactions from Android to iPhone? I have turned on RCS and I can react if the recipient is also using RCS. However, those reactions don't popup when I long press when it comes to iPhone recipient. How did you do that?
In Canada and the US the fact is the majority of smart phone users are on iOS. In Canada it's over 62% iOS. With that many people and possible communication issues it's easier to cave and get an iPhone
Hi for me i wil like to have colors and other cool thinhs on iPhone mi boyfiend have a Samsung and i have iPhone and im sad not to have colors like Samsung thanks
I am an Android fan, but I also believe (like you) that everyone can get whatever works for them. I am glad to see RCS replacing SMS little by little. Hopefully both Apple and Android users will enjoy it when it is fully deployed.
If I was in charge of the android side I would of trolled them harder by sending to the iPhone so and so has reacted to your message without showing what message or the reaction so they feel left out instead lol
Written November 9, 2023 If I’m understanding this correctly as I just learned about this fight today. Goggle is mad at Apple because IMessage isn’t on their Android platform and they want the high rez videos/images from IMessage when they communicate with Apple phones? Honestly this whole fight is childish. Let Apple customers dominate the US while Google dominates internationally as this video says. My lord this is stupid but it’s the same as RU-vidrs advertising to people constantly to only watch their videos by subscribing yet RU-vidrs I would hope aren’t trying to make the whole world only watch their channel and nobody else’s as that’s controlling. This whole fight is just about control with google as wanting what Apple has which is exclusively to its platform so the answer is just buy two damn phones for different people and businesses as not everything needs to be in one phone since that’s why theirs different phone carriers too to be unique
iMessage and RCS are not even close to being the same. RCS caps out at 100MB. iMessage can literally send files and videos that are 10x as large. iMessage is vastly superior.
This whole situation is a result of Google’s embarrassing failure to provide their userbase with an MMS replacement until way too late in the game. Everyone’s pretending that RCS has been a long accepted standard that only Apple stubbornly refuses to adopt, but this is not a USB-C situation - even Samsung didn’t support RCS in their default messaging app until 2021. iMessage is as powerful as it is right now because RCS was too little too late, and it’s _still_ feature incomplete compared to the competition, to this day.
It's cool that they have that feature finally but Android should be ashamed of themselves of not improving the quality of messaging. It's been the same for 10 years. We're just now getting animated emojis? They need to step their game up.
It's not them. If you text an android to android it's just like iMessage. It's Android to Apple. Therefore it is up to Apple to adopt RCS which isn't likely.
I'm from a country where nobody even touches iMessage or Google Messages, unless you want to text to your grandpa who doesn't understand how to create Messenger account and for me it's funny how 2 SMS apps just doesn't cooperate with each other 😂 Also i have never met person using whats app on daily basis cause here it's used by dealers, or another old people who doesn't understand Messenger 😂😂😂
