Welcome to Paper Mario Month!
If you've followed me for a while, you may recall that 6 years ago I did a fun deep dive into Goombario with The Lonely Goomba, and it's still one of my favorite videos I've ever made.
Today I'm presenting a re-edit of this classic content. This version is trimmed down to be more focused, and has some newly added live action scenes to modernize it to my current vision for my channel. Enjoy this blast from the past!

5:20 OBJECTION!! Goombario is shown to be a smart and knowledgable young boy, able to give you the statuses of every enemy in the game! This shows that Goombario is able to read the room, as well as quite literally reading the room when you use his overworld ability! Your honor, it is entirely possible that Goombario was able to tell what some Yoshi's do based off context clues and interactions!

Actually, based on the testimony of some experts who call themselves "speedrunners", Goombario vastly overstated his contribution to this result and barely did anything beyond helping Mario defeat three hostile Goombas.

Consider that Bow and the rest of the boos are literally the villains of their story. Tubba Blubba just became stronger to deal with them.

@@CR1MSONACEI know Lady Bow and the Boos arent that thrustworty because they are mischievus and mean, however we kinda expect them to act weird, cause they are ghosts, but other partners we don't, so if others act weird they are more sus.

Goombario killed Bowser in the end so if he is found guilty,I plead for his sentence to be reduced,I witnessed him deal all the blows while Mario just blocked and dodged attacks myself,and I even have video evidence,I will provide it at the request of your honor or the jury when the request is confirmed

I gotta say, once you got to Kammy Koopa placing a block in a spot that she probably shouldn’t have, you almost had me! That said, Goompa gave Mario his hammer, so I think Goompa’s innocent! Innocent I tell you! It might have been planned, but I think they’re all double agents if anything!

Tbh the Kammy Koopa placing the random block is the most convincing part for sure! It's so weird if she didn't plan for him to fall.

Not Guilty. The prosecution has woven a convincing story, but has failed to disprove alternative interpretations. The lack of evidence supporting this narrative, and the preponderance of evidence suggesting that the defendant is a "good guy", have not established guilt in this crime.

I have decided to become goombario lawyer and l will be objecting all your point hope you don't mind 2:24 objection now hitting your is not a good thing but i think most sibling can say they have hit their sibling once or twice and the key word is once or twice. With the evident you have you have given us he could have just done this once when he was angry,and if you respond with if it was only once then how would she remember it. Well we don't know we don't know when this event happened,it could have been yesterday and she remember because it was recent

3:24 objection last time I checked this was a trial for goombario not mario. First you act like goombario is fine with this with the quote you shown but before that quote goombario say this 'Aw, that's just mean,mario' clearly showed that he is not find with it. Next the only bad thing mario can do is destroy the doll which he has no reason to think he will do. He the super mario after all if mario want something it reasonable to think it for a good reason Final what do you want goombario to do fight mario, no way he will win. He could leave but do you really think it fair for him to give up on his dream of helping mario just for his sister doll
