Literally just had my wife tell me that band goose i left playing on RU-vid the other day is killer and she wants to see them live. Making plans for Knoxville as we speak. 😎
My wife and I saw them for the first time in Denver last year. They're so good; we are hooked. It's been a long time since I've been this excited about a band
This is the video that showed up in my feed that i randomly clicked on and began my journey into the world of Goose! Easily my new favorite band! Already got my tickets for august in maryland. Both nights. I will be the guy juggling the glowing devil sticks to the music. Haven’t juggled at a show in years and this is the perfect band to bring it back! Thanks for the recommendation youtube!
Holy jesus. That jam on earthling or alien...wow. Everything about this band just keeps getting better, the lights, the video, the crowd...going to be one hell of a ride for them!
This was my first Goose show. I entered the Wonder Ballroom with an open mind and left a few hours later mind blown, wondering what just happened. Great stuff here man!
02/04/2022 Wonder Ballroom, Portland OR Set 1: Slow Ready>SOS, Earthling or Alien, Atlas Dogs, My Generation, Inside Out Set 2: Arrow>Red Bird>Flodown, Turned Clouds, Arcadia Encore: Slow Ready
This would have been my Dad's 85th Birthday, rest his soul. Here's to a man that made me strong and introduced me to the greats. BB King - Buddy Guy and Charlie Rich to name a few. Damn, I miss the times we spent together and lived life to its full potential. Never underestimate an elder! ❤
im a new fan and i just want to say thank you guys so much for putting entire shows on youtube. This is an absolute blessing. I love being able to blast you guys with this high quality sound and visual on my tv. These jams have been fueling my life lately!
Heard of this band today literally from the recommendation of a random neighbor who was out walking his dog he was so excited about the show he had to tell me. What exciting dynamic music, can’t wait till you come to Portland again, you have a new fan!

What a tease to end with instrumental Slow Ready! I kept expecting them to start singing then all of the sudden show was over. Keeping us guessing for sure
Arrow was on point and how about the Flodown get down with that dirty intro? First set standout Earthling or Alien was a total invasion of tension/release. As a sidenote, Goose has been a bright beacon in the cold dark for me and I'm so grateful for that. Really diggin all these shows! Keep on honkin' y'all!
Here are a couple clips from the Seattle show the next day: Borne: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YTGmSzlM6LA.html Empress: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OY1s8RwRbXc.html
Jam has Peter using that steel drum effect. Then, back to the clavinet, with :::awesome :: funk cadence. Peter busy, also on the Rhodes. Finally, the jam builds into a nice rock finish. 2:29:37
pretty sure they talk to each other during the set using their mics. Peter and rick have one behind them for that purpose, maybe T uses his 1 mic for that
This is THE most overhyped band I have ever seen. Legitimately I am offended people even mention this band. They are just a "lotus, umphreys, pigeons, papadosio, disco biscuits" band re packaged. If FAST AND LOUD = good music be my guest. This had literally the jams built for a miller lite brain. Super simple, legit most boring over hyped show I have seen during this pandemic. NO WHERE NEAR who they are compared to. Jesus christ.
Yeah, we should be ashamed of ourselves, getting so excited, huh? They're nothing like any of those bands you mentioned and nobody is forcing you to get on the bus. Anyway, I guess this means we won't be hearing from you again, so take care brother. Btw, we'll still be here, if you ever decide to open your mind!
@@cosmicgooooose honestly just left the show and was Shocked how bad they actually were live. It is to date the Most over hyped jam band I have heard people discuss. I was on 200 mics of some of the best fluff there is. I was Ready, optimistic and knew the songs from listening at home during the pandemic. Seeing them live showed me how they have ABSOLUTELY nothing to offer. Dude they legit thought playing louder / faster = good?!? its like the loud = funny meme. Such a horrible concert I legit was going to leave half way and was like, no no give them a chance. Bro I would legit tell them they sucked irl to their faces, total scam artists. Go watch a stevie ray vaughn play texas flood video then watch goose.... goose are fucking clowns exploiting social media
@@cosmicgooooose not about being open minded. its called Real taste. Goose should change their named to "over play every possible moment" they were Scared to stop playing for even half a second. IF you like goose you prob think disco biscuits and other swill is actually good music. This is coke head shit with no feeling or musical sense.
