Great question! I asked a chat bot which companies profit the most. It responded: Here are the companies that often benefit from climate change regulations: Rivian Ford Volkswagen BlackRock (iShares ESG ETFs) Honeywell Johnson Controls Carbon Engineering Climeworks Deloitte McKinsey Verra EEX (European Energy Exchange) Indigo Ag NextEra Energy Duke Energy These companies operate across sectors such as renewable energy, electric vehicles, ESG investments, green technology, carbon capture, consulting, and sustainable agriculture.
The grey haired guy is a supposed expert who doesn't have any facts but is huge on being an activist with his feelings and beliefs. What a complete joke and fool this guy made of him self.
I've been watching NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Association statistics for more than ten years now (my Grandfather worked for them) and CO2 remains the same percentage in the atmosphere year-to-year at less than 1/2 (one half) of 1 (one) % at 0.04075 percent. That's because the Earth's vast oceans, lakes and rivers absorb CO2, and so do Earth's plants use vast amounts for Food to Feed the World's Populations!!! Lowering CO2 levels will starve millions of human beings and by having fewer plants to grow that food!!!
@tonywatson1412 Yes, I guess that Gates proposes lowering worldwide population levels, but I don't believe it is purposefully by lowering CO2 levels from the annual level of 0.0457 % If humankind could do that Gaia would rupture a few more large volcanoes... The DESIGN is just that *G R E A T!!!*
Wow, you really don't understand any of it at all. It is like before industrial revolution plants and trees didn't exist because there was no man made CO2. What a waste of 10 years.
The U.S. is only 15% of the world's so-called carbon footprint. China and India are building multiple coal fired power plants every week. We can easily ignore all of this, because our actions can't affect the future. Worry about the problems this has already caused for millions of Americans, especially in the coal and manufacturing belt.
If you want to get an idea of what the electric fleet will draw for power, look at what is happening with California's lack of suffient power and Brown outs.
SO, IN CONCLUSION, THE COST WOULD BE ENORMOUS AND THE BENEFITS WOULD BE MINISCULE, WE WOULD BECOME WEAKER AS A NATION AND CHINA WOULD BECOME STRONGER BY REFUSING TO PARTICIPATE AND THE LOWER AND MIDDLE CLASS WOULD STARVE WHILE THESE SO-CALLED EXPERTS WHO ARE COMPLETELY CLUELESS WILL MAKE MILLIONS.
They all acting they all want this to happen because the reality is they not doing anything about it why you think evil people got more power than them
My great grandparents migrated to the U.S. from the Azores. I am increasingly interested in learning Portuguese, but it is so difficult to do that from the U.S. My mother has succession rights to repatriate, but she won't do it. I love your videos, thanks. My wife also crochets (around 40 hours per week). Blanket, after blanket, after blanket 😅
I found out recently that Ice Age means a time when there is ice at the North and South Poles. We are in an interglacial, but a very cool one, and we're just heading for the peak of it, then it will come back down. There have been way hotter periods the the Hadean, when there was also much more CO2 in the atmosphere, and life bloomed.
