GoPacker GP1000
The GP1000 Vertical form fill and seal pouch machines is used for packing pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products, vitamins, multivitamins, candy, teas, spices, desiccants, liquids, lotions, creams, powders, dental and medical products and various types of hardware requiring 4 sided seals. The GP1000 pouch packing machine is capable of forming a pouch with preprinted flexible materials on one side or with preprinted flexible materials for two sides (back and front 2 side registration). The GP1000 vertical form fill and seal bagger is an intermittent type pouch packing machine that can be integrated with tablet feeders, powder fillers, liquid fillers and many other types of feeding machines.

Print and Apply Pallet Labeling System Designed for the most demanding multi-shift operations and the harshest environments, the Q33 PL is one of the most rugged and reliable pallet labeling systems available today. Features include an all stainless steal frame, premium high cycle rate air cylinders, rugged 5/8” side plate construction and PLC controls. The SATO S84 series print engine is a key component of Quadrel Tamp-Blow print/apply labeler. Labeling equipment features a servo-drive tamp-blow module for non-contact labeling. The tamp module extends towards the product to be labeled, stops short and then blows the label onto the product. The SATO S84 series print engine complements the system by offering quick-change wear parts, easy media loading and interchangeable print resolutions of 203dpi, 305dpi or 609dpi.

This line is in new perfect condition. New. Tested. Never used in Production. Project cancelled. It was set up to feed medical parts into a pouch. The Sato Printer was setup to print desire information including barcode. The Quadrel Label Applicator then apply the label onto the film before feed into the GoPacker to form a pouch.
