Sorry everyone. I’m not a RU-vidr. I didn’t even realized all these questions and comments. You can buy these printers on eBay or OfferUp between $2000-$4000 depending on condition, ink levels, and life left on other consumables. Best when printed on paper or gloss. I noticed printing on matted bags doesn’t work well. You can scratch off the ink. I use Adobe illustrator for design and print. Changing the settings under printer advance properties. I used the following for the 100mm by 170mm bag in the video: Paper Size changed to appropriate size ICM handled by printer Check paper in other trays off Page rotate normal Check paper in multi purpose tray off Media weight ultra heavy 4 Multi purpose tray is handled as manual feed NO Tray switch off Stacker face up All other settings I left at defaults.
I have the same printer, I love it. I've printed envelopes, but anything slightly thicker jams. If you don't mine me asking what type of pouches you are using?
This printers flaw is that it lacks the underprint feature that could have made the print vibrant. The OKi cannot switch the cartridges to an underprint only overprint. The brightness would be amazing on a Uninet Icolor 650. Oki prints dull colors bc there is no white underprint.
Gettin upsetting an d frusting.. all I wanna do is learn.. but they really tryin to keep this a secret... like nobody is tryin to tell u actually how to do this.... the one time u wanna know how to do something on RU-vid.. nobody wants to actually show you I don't get it. 🤣
