boris duran i am a semi professional soccer athlete and ill tell ya the reason. We are told to always play safe never get risky, with a game youll be more scared to pull off stuff. But through experience you’ll know how to engage better.

It was only one game so maybe he wasn’t given as many chances to take when setting up an attack and a play. Also it’s sometimes better to play safe as a risky pass or set ball can give the possession away and depending on where the rest of your team are at, it could give the opposition a chance at attacking and possibly scoring.

True but he's really good at keeping possession. That's my favorite thing to in a game, keeping possession of the ball and touching the ball and passing it. BUT I AGREE WITH YOU. HE NEEDS A BIT BETTER VISION AND HE NEEDS TO RISK MORE

It was only 1 game, so it doesn’t represent his gameplay entirely. He may not of had as many chance to set up an attacking play, whereas in other games he may of had more. So this video shouldn’t be taken as how he plays every game. Also, it’s not always good to take risks all the time. It’s better to play simple, accurate passes, as you are keeping possession and knowing that ur not giving the ball away. If your going to take a chance at sending the ball to set up a possible opposing play, you have to know it is possible and focus on it, as just booting the ball forwards doesn’t help half the time.

I mean yeh but the whole point of soccer is to always start off from the defence line to get the players tired after moving around too much after that they try to find the opening thats why when start passing they are doing that to get the oppent players tired and try to find someone open to have a good chance of attacking
