soccer season coming up for my school and I’m like really nervous for tryouts and i don’t know why I never played for this school before so I don’t know who the couch’s are and I feel like I do my best when I’m under pressure and I definitely want to be on there A team. I’m just really Nervous and scared I’m not going to do well but I don’t know why because I know I’m a good player and I have worked really hard to improve the little and big things so yeah just wanted to throw that out there

Concern because you seem to be a person that enjoys life and just from personal experience I would like to share this. I am 37 years old and I had a heart attack last year. I really think that if it wasn't for my 8 years in the Marine Corps I wouldn't be here now. I saw you have coffee with lots of sugar and I think I counted two monsters one before you started a workout. This was her concerning to me because of a heart attack and I wouldn't wish something like this on someone as motivated as you. We all need to make better eating choices, I'm still how to make better eating choices, and I hope that you reconsider some of your habits. Cuidate para que puedas seguir ayudando.
