@ifoundabooger I apply RAIN-X a couple of times before going out. Then before every wave I take the helmet off and make sure there's no droplets on it...
I searched were Duranbah was, it wasn't too far from where I'm at. Still too long of a trip. Waves up there look amazing compared to down here at Newcastle and Forster. Port Macquarie is going off, but. That's a sick spot. Hoping to grab myself a GoPro tomorrow.
@liam3436 No they won't waterlog unless you get a gash in the slick bottom. I've had four mantas.....two were exellent the other two creased after one or two uses but were still good.....I'll get a 5th.
@Triciatracy yea mate i had to take it into the shower with me hahah. its some sort of finish they put on it to make it look good. use a warm cloth and wax and just go for a few surfs and youl be sweet.
@TheYolango No it has its flat spells....I haven't had really good barrels since new years day. I posted a vid from that day if you haven't seen it already.
@Cmc2777 if you watched the whole clip he does actualy come out a few times, what does it matter any way? its all in fun, do you realy have to put people down, i guess it makes you feel better then them.
@BIRDHOUSEbroDIE You can buy some white things that go inside the housing and soak up the moisture check it out on go pro.com works perfect in my camera.
Hey mate 4ft and under is a good size for a beginner and try look for east to south east swell direction with light winds plus don't dropin on people and all will be good
do you have any with the cam mounted to your board?? some of the best vids iv seen is when the go pro is mounted near your hip and you cam see the whole barrel and the guy riding it
