That's why when I do peoples cars I do everything but just a one step and seal it. I tell them if they don't know how to maintain it I'm not gonna spend 8+ hours polishing it making it perfect just to have it destroyed in under 5 minutes 🤣 plus I only charge them $100 for it too.

If you don’t like automatic soft touch car washes because they “scratch” your car, could you at least go thru automatic Touchless/TouchFree car washes?

The Car Wash /Elevator Fanatic bullshit, every pro detailer says that these car washes will scratch the hell outta your car. The 2 bucket method is the way to go

These detailers say that to you to get business, and the material used in these washes are too soft to scratch your vehicle, and they are completely safe on your paint. The only way you are going to get scratches is from poor prep jobs. You have a higher chance of scratching your cars paint by hand washing than getting them here.

Thanks yes it is here in mcdonough. The reason I did not take my truck antenna off is it would not unscrew like it was super glued on.My car has antenna right on top.

@@denster1964 I have car wash videos and I record from the inside of the vehicle which is a lot safer. It's better than it falling off inside the wash or even getting broken which they are not responsible for. You can easily mount it to the inside of the windshield and you will still get a good video

superchargedregal That’s not true. Car wash brushes are made with a closed cell material which cannot retain dirt or sand. A prep brush though. I agree those can scratch. But trust me your car is gonna be safe as long as the wash is maintained.

No way this will scratch, you are more than likely to scratch your paint washing by hand than going through a tunnel wash.

@Car Washes of Georgia not true, with the rpm of the brushes and the dirt on them, that's why ceramic coatings where created. Every detail professional I talked with tell me not to go through car washes with brushes .
