I like watching the older go pro vids because they don’t have and hyper smoothing so it actually looks like they’re going fast

now that i watch it again it looks like they fixed the speed of the video for the end, but the beginning section where he is riding by the grandstands is absolutely sped up

Clearly most of you do not have a go pro otherwise you wouldn't say it was in fast forward. Depending on the picture refresh rate and the quality selected the go pro hero 3 has a hard time keeping up with the speed of a dirt scoot.

Yeah exactly. Outdoors is so frickin' fast and we have gotten used to watching the lower (yet still crazy fast) speeds on SX so outdoors looks unnatural. But I could very well be wrong!

This is obviously sped up, when he comes out of the corners the audio doesn't even match up correctly, its way behind the video.

There's two other videos of him that same day an they look normal yes he's going hella fast but it look like a video of a fast dude not a video of a fast dude sped up even more like this one. Go compare them an you'll see what i'm talking about somethings just not right about it

if you new anything about video editing you would understand. when u fast forward a video track the audio gets synced with it. the bike doesnt sound sped up at all.

Just to be on the safe side go look there's two other videos of him that same day that show normal speed, he is fast but this video is off an the others prove that

Go Pro won't speed up the video. James IS the fastest man on a dirt bike. He'll dominate the outdoors as long as he feels comfortable on the bike and keeps it locked down..

So have the mythbusters ever rode a 450 on the track WFO? It almost died out yet we got lucky with MC and RC bringing flare on ever improving bikes. Now we have Poto, Stewart, Reed, Dungey, Windham, Canard, Millsaps, Short, young guns Barcia, Wiemer, etc,.Loaded!! I just hope they all get healthy and stay healthy. Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, Orange doing it on the dirt! I value me and my big bro's annual ride to ATL and Nola. Good times. Outdoors going to seperate the men from boys now. Love it!

Im not a big fan of JS but he looks way faster on the rmz450! and go pro footage always seems look like its sped up i have two gopros and i have videos of me on my mountain bike riding downhill and it look like im bombing down trails doing like 50mph but in reality im realy only going like max of 25mph. if the video was sped up on here the audio would be way off even though its a little off its still close

how can you people not tell its sped up? gravity does not work that fast at 1:55, yes Stewart is fast but come on!!! the sound doesn't match up in places. like you can tell if the bike is being revved in the air but on some occasions hes on the ground whilst there's the same noise from the bike.. i think go pro have put different audio from all their other clips into different places to try and match it up the best that they can...

I don't think it's sped up, I think people have just forgotten how damn fast this guy is. And if RV had a gopro (and wasn't injured obviously) we'd say the same thing. I do have to say, through all the leaving JGR and joining Yoshi Suzuki, I am extremely happy he is still wearing a GoPro

i've race'd there many times. its not sped up. out of the 600+ videos GoProMX has, out of all those epic video's why would this one be "glitchy" do you really think they would post it if it was? and i've also seen many video's of bubba riding this fast... infact most of the videos i have see of him, he looks like this.

no its not i was there. he was not going this fast. i ride there every thursday. go watch his other gopros from other races. its not that gltichy and sound will be on point. it may not be sped up but he has a issue from when they downloaded it from the editing sofware to youtube ive has that same issues.

Your two statements are contradicting one another. Your first statement said that when racers rev their bikes they should be on the ground. I then said that all pros rev in the air too. Last, you stated your first comment in a different manner. Therefore, I never said one word about whether or not the video was sped up.

Are people actually hating stewart that much that they first call him a money maniac that only is in the game for the money, he then switches to a new bike and doesn't get paid for the first outdoor season = our money argument is invalid, you then go on to call the video sped up? @moto145able They only say that because suzuki was the one given all those riders the cash. Ask dungey bout ktm and he'll probably say he loves them too. All bikes are different but overall it depends on the riders style. Personally ive never been on a suzuki or honda just ktm kawi and yamaha and i believe that kawi fits me best :)

It's not sped up. It takes him the same amount of time to reach the top of the hills as it does in his Transworld Raw video. Fuckin dorks. That said, it's not very likely he's gonna ride away from Dungey, especially after the 25 minute mark, especially especially in the 2nd moto. I'm kinda just hoping he can keep up, actually. We'll see soon enough.

This isnt speed up if you listen to the sounds it not off and if you watch the video day with james stewart you can see hes going this fast and if you dont belive me watch the people walk in the background there not walkin fast there walking normal speed

Average lap times at glenn helen are right around 2:33. They didnt speed up the whole video but def. parts of it were sped up for sure. he just did a 1:51 lap time and yea i know the track has changed but not enought to cut that much time.

Just because you can't ride half his speed, doesn't mean he sped up his videos. Also, this channel is maintained by the official GoPro company, so I don't think James really got his hands on this footage before it went up.

Ladies and gentleman We have a 2012 mx champion... and quit hating about him crashing act like you novice riders don't see as much dirt as he does have numerous championships in the pro ranks and you cant even shift a bike...

Even though James is racing outdoor. Ryan Dungey is still gonna beat him. Hopefully Ryan Villipoto takes his sweet time recovering.

If Bubba can stay positive and healthy he will win the 450 championship, Dungey has the fitness but lacks outright speed compared to the other top riders in my opinion.

the first person view is going to look faster. And since the bike is so loud the mic doesnt always pick up like it should. Its not sped up lol...
