i agree with you it definetly does help your hand eye but it doesnt help speed/hockey IQ i know i didnt spend my career dangling all the way down the ice my style was to blow by everybody with speed alot less likely your going to loose the puck than constantly trying to dangle everyone but it definitely doesnt hurt you on the ice to practice this stuff i'm just saying if he spent his the time he spent on throwing the puck in the air on other skills he could be in the nhl instead of on a youtube video
