Watching other peoples pack luck compared to mine is the sole reason why I want to quit this game. So many of the best cards are pack only and I'm lucky if I pull one card over 82 ovr in a weeks worth of rewards! INSANE. Good on you!
This is my first nhl because I started watching hockey like 9 months ago and I got X factor mcdavid and makar, packed 89 Mackinnon the same week he came out, and I only played like 4 champs games
Notice the trend. The better pulls are from online rewards. Squad battle is basically fodder rewards with the occasional 89 totw. So for those crying that you like moments to be (Necar)doable for the 5% of he user base is selfish. The game is segregated and unrewarding for most
The Necas and Giroux moments just take some grinding if you are at least someone who plays on Pro AI. I agree that offline rewards are trash this year. Gotta play like 10 SB matches to earn a pack with 2 80+ ovr cards.. nice @@Tanky141
I see what you’re saying about not liking pack openings but as a player who’s spent money every year, I do get a kick watching you get excited making big pulls. And when you don’t pull anything it makes me not wanna buy any packs. I feel like the people who are gonna buy packs are gonna buy them anyway. I for one am about three weeks sober from buying packs lol.
I just bought the game on sale for $30 but am so far behind, I splurged to grab some of that all-star action. I bought 11 ‘greater chance’ packs and only got 2x 87 all stars and 86, 2 85’s and an 83 icon. Even just by the odds, I should have had 5 87’s. I know it’s gambling but, I hadn’t bought a microtransactions in years and wanted to get excited for the all star weekend. It was a total rip off. Be warned. $200 for 2 87 Bjornstrand/DeBrinkat and 83 Salming icon.
I use no wheels on mcdavid but have him with like 97 faceoffs and 97 speed/accel at center. Then i put modano and mack on wings. I like modano a lot more now that he gets 97 speed/accel with synergies easier cause of toty
For months now I beeen buying my base icons for cheap, anytime I saw them for under 1000, I’d scoop them up, just sold them all last night for approx 2300 each lol, was able to make almost 4 team builder 90s, I already have them all but I wanna keep some when the new ones come out
Hey Sleeves! The matchmaking is atrocious. Their servers really influence games I find. I bet if it was head to head connection you would win a lot more games!
