Yes, I remember seeing that picture of the old timers pounding that last spike in on the transcontinental railway in 1886 I think it was. We need the same thing here. I'm sure something spectacular is scheduled here.

Gordie Howe? I remember when I was maybe 10 years old, and I had a hockey game at the old Olympia Arena. As I walked in, to my amazement surprise, Gordie Howe was walking out alone…..I quickly said “Gordie Howe you are my idol. Can you autograph my jersey?” And he said, “not now kid. I’m in a hurry”. HE WAS NOT MY IDOL ANYMORE. True story
