Hell when it comes to fries they dont have to be paired with anything really. Regular fries that are salted just right & still hot hot, but cooled off just enough to not burn your mouth 🤌 those are the best. And then you've got seasoned curly fries & seasoned potato wedges, same thing with them. With other types & otherwise they need ketchup or some are good with some Buttermilk Ranch eg: Waffle fries, taste like Sour Cream & Onion Lays pretty much

Yeah thats just common sense anywhere in the world (the salt anyway) & no salt or not enough isnt ever a problem because you can always add it or add a little more. Too much salt is always a problem, cant ever get enough off/out without fkn up your food completely. Also, know its not the same as a well salted fry/chip but ketchup has salt in it already & havnt ever known too many ppl that dont dip their fries/chips
