I cooked my son his first souffee he has ever had but then it's been 25 since I ate my mothers last souffle. But I did fantastic and the smile and oh Dad thats awesome was worth the fun I had remembering how! Next will be a chocolate souffle and I know it'll be just as good! But when people enjoy MY cooking I look like Gordon!

Love the contrast between these two dishes. The Soufflé is all about freshly out of the oven, with simple yet elegant decor. The Panna cotta is all about hours of preparation, with majestic garnish. Two dishes that completely contrast each other clash in the same category of desserts.

I just realized the two dishes are on polar ends of the spectrum. Ramsay's must be eaten while super fresh and made literally a minute before while the other chef's is just plating it an already finished dish made hours in advance

I remember the Mastercheff episode form years ago where they needed to make a soufflé and it needed to be eaten witching (I think) 45 seconds. That day really changed everything for me about food. It really was so good to see and from all the dishes Gordon ever made. This is my one that I would like to try the most.
