I admire this young man's blind boldness. Fatal error- being verbally overly critical and cocky to a world renound world class cheff. Amazing save, humble attitude- honest, and open. 2 super cool Dudes fo sho!👍😁👍
I think they accidentally mixed them up... the kid had the pudding cream which was the second one they tasted... also Gordon's had lemon which they didn't like from tasting the first dish!!!!!!! Sooooo, I think this kid got hosed.
They said they thought the first dish was too sweet and not tart enough. Gordon's dish was clearly meant to heighten the tartness while the kids was supposed to be sweeter.
For anyone interested, Chris is not an actor anymore and actually went to University and obtained a law degree. He's now a media lawyer and broadcaster. Best of luck to him
if I had to go up against Gordon I would put a snickers bar in there. if I had to choose between rhubarb crumble and a snickers bar, I would go for the rhubarb crumble maybe 2 out of 10 times
This is actually interesting, Because You can now see how great ramsey is knowing he’s competing with other chefs and their own special recipe. I have only seen two of them and Im amaze at how great the food looks.
It's interesting to see. Gordon is in a competition with the contestants but he actually looks out for them. In this episode he reminds the dude that his dish is burning, and in another he allows the dude to call his mom and even suggests red wine to save the dish. But when he loses he gets so angry lmao. And yeah his behaviour is so damn different too compared to when he's on hells kitchen or kitchen nightmares. After all that hard work over the years, and seemingly huge ego, this Michelin star chef willingly competes with lay persons even if it means losing. It takes a different kind of man to do this. Gordon is truly quite an enigma.
The first time "I" was screaming, _"Don't listen to him Gordon, use your savagery"._ Good he used his chef skills to shut him up. He belongs in Hell's Kitchen or Kitchen Nightmares. He got off too easy.
Lol Gordon patronizing this kid, letting him THINK he had a chance. “You can have whatever shelf you wish”. I once watched a cook off between my fellow line cook and the exec chef, and the chef already knew that there’s no way he’d lose
Isn’t that odd? Gordon used lemon and that’s a flavour the tasters noted in the sample they didn’t like best. When the second was served it looked to have custard with it and the tasters liked it. Did these two get swapped at some point?
One of the judges said dish number one tasted of lemon. But dish number two won. Which was supposedly Gordon's. Gordon's dish had lemon in it. Did they mix them up?
Not everyone likes Cheffie stuff, Gordon’s should always be easy to pick because it’s his personal idea of a Crumble, but, some like the “ Homemade” taste like Mum used to make, it wouldn’t be perfect but it’s what your Brain remembers, you could say the tasters knew where the we’re eating so went for Gordon’s, either way it’s just a bit of fun, entertainment if you like....😎
Lol i love gow people are convinced they're going to win against Gordon. Like i don't care how perfectly i would have mastered a recipe, i still wouldn't be convinced i'd beat Gordon. Like sure you can hope you got a chance, but to say hands down you're gonna win? No way lol
