Valve should add all-in tokens. If noone on enemy team uses it it's regular double, but if someone match your wager winner will receive all looser's MMR.

I played this for the first time as 3 the other day myself and had an amazing game. Was a little bit carried but definitely had some impact with all the debuffs you shit out on this hero.
