Is there any chance you could list the price upfront? Or in the description?

I recently toured these homes and while overall I prefer the larger one, my main gripe is that the primary closet is not within the bathroom area. So you're going to have to take your shower and then walk out of the bathroom and across your bedroom to get to your closet.

I just toured these homes a few days ago. They are even nicer in person. Looking for a bigger home for our growing family.

Both are Prima! Well done! The large model is best. Summerlin of North LV, yes. I'm glad I live just a mile south. The jets are not constant, btw. My joke, I can look up and see my taxes at work. 😂. I'm watching you at around 7:05 pm, no jets. All I hear are children playing and the light wind. Sprouts just opened on Losee, btw. just a half block north of Centennial pkwy. The Smiths in Aliente is great. A Village Pub opened on centennial and Aliente pkwy. The Chase Bank, very friendly. And, the best, I'm part of the local flavor, 😂 There is a retired man who drives the top of the line Corvette. He parks, the first thing you see is his walker, and then him climbing out of the Vette. Nellis, It's far better than living under the flight path of McReid. This is what happens when you edit, too much. Too spacious! I'd say the large model is craftsman style.
