Gorgeous 3 Bedroom Townhouse is Unlike Anything I’ve EVER Toured!

Timothy, I randomly stumbled across your channel and I am glad I did because I really enjoy your content. But then I saw this video and its crazy, because I actually worked on this project! I am an architectural illustrator in Mars/Butler, PA, and I did the original renderings for it. I worked with the design team and helped a lot with the exterior design to produce renderings that they used for marketing the units. It was a really fun project to work on, and its awesome to finally see what the final interior looks like. Great work and thank you for providing this tour!

My 1st thought was, "not no townhouse for a half a mil", but as I kept watching, I dont think its overpriced in this current market. This is the best thing I've seen in a long time and worth every penny!

Beautiful home. The master suite is like a luxury hotel. Amazing. I love the decor.

This looks like a great space if you don’t have time for yard work. The different floors would help get some exercise in. Love the basement, main floor, and the top floor. The master bedroom suite is fantastic, but I would prefer the closet didn’t have a door to a shared laundry room. The only problem with all the stairs is that my parents are getting older, so it would be hard for them to visit with all those stairs. Four floors seems like an elevator should be designed in. I have a friend who has a 5 floor townhouse, but this one looks a lot more livable. Oh, and I would figure out a different place for the main floor powder room. Powder rooms next to a dining room just seem like awkward moments waiting to happen. The bottom floor seems like a great place for a murphy bed or really comfortable futon, as it can be a guest space as needed. Maybe add a door to provide some privacy.

Wow, this is SO nice! I love that backsplash, I've never seen that before. Great amount of space and layout. There are definitely some things I would change like the wall of dresser across from the master bed but so many cool features as well. This is one of the nicest town homes I've seen. Thanks for giving it a go !

I really love how townhomes have such character and everything you need tucked where you need it. Colors and furnishings make it even more desirable lol. Prices just get crazy and stairs can be iffy for people but you can see why there are a good option!

I love a nice townhome. Especially if it has a nice layout. I love the basement it's great for entertaining. We don't typically have basements here in Florida. And I love the balcony with the fireplace. Its always nice to have outdoor space in a townhome. And that kitchen looks huge. I'm loving the layout so far. The finishes are not my taste I don't like the rustic look but that can easily be changed

Holy cow! I live in a townhome half the size of this with 3bds, 2.5 baths and a 1 car garage but this one you are showing is incredible. I don’t think I need 3 wine fridges though. One is enough. The rest is awesome I would live there in a heartbeat.😎

I love townhomes. It seems like it’s a trend of home buying at the moment. It would be helpful if you could mention if the fireplaces are wood burning and if there’s the option of gas/electric versions. Beautiful townhouse. Thanks for putting this one on your channel.

@Timothy P. Livingston this by far is my favorite Infinity home you have shown. I love townhouses. We have so many of them here in Houston where I live, but this one was absolutely gorgeous! All I need is my purse and just move it. That primary suite was the BOMB!!!!!! 😍

That basement and 2nd floor outdoor area is a dream. Maybe add that master closet in there as well lol. So nice and functional.

If I bought a place I would rather not have neighbors so close, but you at least get a small back yard and that deck off the living room makes it a lot more tempting. Overall this was really nice and I would have to think hard on this if I was in the market for a place in that area.

Yooo. I literally saw this house in a different video earlier today. That's cool. The thumbnail was recognizable but I thought it was another big house just that I watched and was on my recommended page again. I LOVE the basement and 2nd floor back deck in this home.

Timothy that was a phenomenal TH, I had a 4 lvl TH in Va before, it was about 300sqf smaller and didn't look anywhere close to that one (it was 20 yrs old) lol but man that one is exceptional!

When looking for a new home I toured one similar to this plan. I have lived in a townhouse in the past. This one is nice and spacious. Like you I prefer to have space between me and the neighbors. Personally stairs don't get along with me. It's true! The stairs and that crappy entryway, which I hate determined my answer as no. Presently my daughter lives in an apartment with the same type of entryway. Yes, I hate it! 😆

This townhome is AMAZING! The only con is the entryway-completely void of the “wow factor” that accompanies the rest of this house! Wish there was a way to make the main entry connect to the garage entry which leads directly into the finished basement.

The townhouse is beautiful, A no because of balance and joint issues. And when the panned the windows in the main bedroom it looks like your home is in the parking lot of a store! I guess I am to country, I prefer to see trees, water, and wildlife. I enjoy the distance between my neighbors and myself.

Since so many in the comments hate the entry way, I had to go back and look again. The laundry room is what sold me. Most single family homes do not have a real laundry room, but a laundry corner. 😂 I agree, no wow factor at the entry. It's giving me old apartment building vibes and then BAM!
