I can’t tell you how much I’ve enjoyed the last two videos! Your Sweden/Norway vacay video was so good I watched it twice and this was so peaceful and inspiring I may watch it twice as well! I love these so much. Thank you for all of your time and hard work making them. I can’t wait to buy a book! 💚
Thanks for sharing your love of flowers. They are beautiful and I enjoy watching you work with them. I must say, flowers don't behave that well for me.
You most definitely are part of the cool gang! I started both the RU-vid and podcast for that very reason. I use to farm alone and I felt so isolated. Thanks for tagging along.
My boyfriend has been bringing me your fresh bouquets just about every Tuesday for over a year now. He leaves them at my door or hanging on my mailbox if I'm not home to receive them 💗 it never gets old and they're always so gorgeous. No doubt in my mind we'll be reaching out to you for wedding flowers 💕
Omg! Beth your flowers and bouquets are always so stunning. I just love seeing what is growing on your farm because it's always something beautiful. My favorite colors of flowers no matter the time of year are purple, pink, blue and red violet colors. I am one of those people who do Christmas colors in red violets and pinks...lol... I know that's not normal..lol..but it goes with my style of decor which is vintage and antique. My kids call it the great granny decor theme 😂. Flu is going round right now. Prayers for swift recovery for Riley. God bless y'all 😊
Love watching, it is so inspiring I have my first wedding coming up in sept. I only have to supply the flowers but I’m still nervous. So glad I found your channel.
I hope Rilley is feeling better. I just love the beautiful blue and white bouquets, did you use caryopteris dark knight as one of the blue flowers? Another question, have you found a sea holly that doesn't smell bad, I tried using blue glitter in a bouquet and had to remove it because every time I walked by it I could smell it...not in a good way! Thanks for the great videos, you are and artist!
My sea holly doesn't smell, I've never had that issue, so strange, ill have to ask a few of my friends to see if they have ever had that issue. Yes on caryopteris.
That was extremely interesting. I found it interesting that you were using delphinium as they don't hold well - but I suppose a couple days is fine. Gorgeous bouquets though! I am going to have to look at trying to grow some of that lisianthus - That is gorgeous. I have done the flowers for a close friends wedding and I know how I stressed - must get easier each time. I really like that you use things like ostrich fern - more non traditional fill but it makes a nice center piece. I did up some arrangements for a retirement banquet using the ferns and trembling aspen (poplar) cuttings - they turned out quite nice. Thanks for sharing.
You do an AMAZING job on design. What is your background ? Is it simply a skill that God blessed you with and you figured it out when you started growing flowers as a hobby ? Also what are your favorite choices for greenery in your bouquets. I know it depends ...but generally what do you like to use ??
Herbs are my favorite and scented geranium for greens. I learned from my parents to grow, and my sister Amber the design part. Growing up, we always played with flowers and hard a garden, so it came naturally, I guess.
