I couldn't agree more! All of the hard work is finally paying off and we are having the abundance I hoped of. Stay tuned for our first Mango harvest, they are delicious!
Hi Jeff, thank you for your comment! We will have to put out a Mango update here in the spring. We did release a mango harvesting video but it did not include out Fruit Punch or Spirit of 76 mango variety that we planted on the channel. Let me know if you have any other questions and thank you for watching!
Hello, thank you for watching and commenting! That is awesome! Yes, with the right microclimate they are very successful here. Mine actually was still flowering until yesterday so it was putting off flowers in the 115 degree heat.
I live in Texas, do you think it will survive ok in a pot? I was debating whether to grab one at the nursery but I figured I’ll do research first. I have a jasmine flower tree in a pot, do they smell similar? Thanks.
Hello, thank you for watching and commenting! I think it depends on how cold it gets in your part of Texas. I know that they are able to survive in USDA zone 8. They are a smaller tree so I think they will do great in a pot. They also seem to be pretty slow growing, which will help if you are growing it in a container. I think they have a somewhat similar smell. Personally I like the Michelia Alba a little better, it is stronger than Jasmine. Let me know if you have any other questions.
